All fitness holiday workouts at the Best Fit Holiday Resort are designed to push you to your limits in a safe and supervised environment. You will be having so much fun and seeing such beautiful sights, you won't realize you are burning hundreds of calories while enjoying your fitness holiday and weight loss vacation!
To ensure you are working hard enough, yet doing it and losing weight in a safe and effective manner, each guest will be given a heart rate monitor to track the calories burned and most importantly, to ensure that your heart rate stays at a safe range. If your heart rate goes too high, your watch will beep and alert your trainers to ease off. Your safety is important to us.
Each day, based on your current weight and weight loss goals, you will be set a calorie target to burn. If you achieve the target, you will be treated with a very delicious, but low calorie dessert and one point.
Each fitness holiday weight loss program will have a minimum of four but maximum of ten guests to ensure you get your share of personal attention.
Fitness trainers, Matt, Clark and Cay are there to take you through various weight loss and fitness work outs such as:
  • Boot camp/ Military drills
  • Yoga and Pilates on the beach
  • Team Challenges 
  • Boxing on the beach
  • Aqua aerobics in the resort pool
  • Martial art based aerobic sessions
  • Circuit training with resistance bands
  • Runs on the beach, golf course and local rice paddy fields
  • Golf
  • TRX – Suspension training
  • Waterfall Treks
